granola


  • 1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
300 F 10 mins oven
150 C 10 mins oven

150 C 10 mins oven

1 cup raisin

weigh all cups before shopping!!!!

rolled oats - yulaf ezmesi
sliced almonds - badem
raisins - kuru uzum
honey - bal

1250g / 6 glass water/milk
boil
3-5 drops lemon juice
1 tablespoon margarine / butter
let mix rest 45-60 mins
spread mix over kadayif equally
let mix rest 60 mins
add almond etc onto mix
